UK and International Delivery and Returns Policy
UK Delivery
We offer free UK Standard delivery for orders over £60.
At checkout you will be able to choose from:
UK Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.50 (2-3 working days).
UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6.50 (1-2 working days – next working day where possible but not guaranteed).
International Delivery
We deliver to the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. If you would like a delivery outside of these areas, please contact us at orders@kanna.co.uk and we will try to help you.
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. They are inclusive of taxes and fees so you will have nothing additional to pay when the parcel arrives at its destination.
Return policy
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days, unused and in a re-sellable condition, with original tags and packaging.
We take a lot of care to ensure all orders are checked before despatch. But in the unfortunate circumstance that a garment is faulty in any way, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at returns@kanna.co.uk so we can help you.
UK Returns
Returns within the UK are available for a fee of £2.50 payable by the customer. Please email us returns@kanna.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to return, and we'll pop a label over to you. The fee will be deducted from your final refund.
International Returns
The customer is responsible for arranging international returns to us. Please ensure the package is sent to: Känna Ltd, 6 Oaklands Court, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6TG. England.
If you make a purchase in any currency other than GBP (pounds sterling) then exchange rates will be calculated automatically at the time of the transaction based on market rates calculated by Shopify. Similarly, should you return an item, the exchange rates will be calculated in the same way. This means that the value of any refund could vary slightly from the value of the purchase due to exchange rate fluctuations. Känna cannot be held responsible for exchange rate fluctuations and it is accepted by the customer that the refund amount may vary from the purchase price.
